What Is Holding You Back? – The Value Behaviour

WHICH OF THESE STATEMENTS DO YOU MOST IDENTIFY WITH?

  1. Belief and Self-belief are so incredibly important – Because if I don’t believe I can achieve a vision/goal, then I won’t even start to do the work needed to achieve that vision/goal.
  2. My biggest enemy is my own self-doubt – Because  I often sabotage my attempts at greatness because of fear, I rarely achieve extraordinary things
  3. My self-identity is what really determines and impacts and my lifestyle and income- I work to retrain my identity and my trust and happiest self comes out to play
  4. My Integrity is more valuable than income – I Put it first as a priority
  5. I rarely go wrong when I trust myself- Self-doubt always leads to anxiety and needless work

Performance is borne of practice – The quality of my practice affects the caliber of my performance The more I invest in growing and developing a grateful opportunistic way of seeing the world, the more everything I do is transformed by my breathtakingly positive view – My first thought when things go wrong is about the possibilities the challenge holds.
  9. I am prepared to break a sweat in establishing self-resilience – If I sweat more in training I will bleed less in war.
