LOVING KINDNESS MEDITATION

Cultivate an attitude of love and kindness towards Everything – Spiritual Meditation would come under this heading.

PROGRESSIVE RELAXATION

Scans the body for signs of tension and then to release the tension held in the body.  Also known as Body Scan Meditation

MINDFULNESS MEDITATION
